Patio Roof Installer

We are expanding at House N Home Improvements Pty Ltd and are seeking a patio roof installer to work as a sub-contractor as well as with our team. Our work area is mainly on the Central Coast. The person we are seeking must have a keen eye for detail and be committed to quality work. Skill in a broad range of home improvements would also be an advantage.

  • The work is on a sub-contract basis
  • You must have a suitable licence
  • Own tools and transport
  • Be able to supply a TFN and/or ABN
  • You must present well and abide by our Company Code of Conduct.

Dress: Clothing appropriate to the industry. i.e.: T-shirt and shorts, closed footwear

Non - Smoking: As an employer, there are legislative requirements for us to provide a healthy and safe workplace for our employees and contractors. We have the right to designate the workplace as smoke free. There is no smoking allowed on the site.

Drugs and Alcohol: Drug and alcohol use in the workplace is covered by the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000 which requires that we ensure the health, safety and welfare at work of all their employees and any other person in their place of work. No one is to commence work, or return to work while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. A breach of this policy is grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.

Health and Safety: We will take all practical measures to protect workers in relation to health, safety and welfare. We will take reasonable care for the health and safety of persons at their place of work.

Customers: Our customers expect us to treat their home and possessions with respect. You must leave the job clean and tidy with no trade waste left on site. Employees and contractors must also be aware of the language used on site (i.e.: no swearing)
